Key Role Types:

Sales Representative (Trents)

The Trents team is there to give the best service to those key foodservice, liquor and convenience account-holders. By building strong relationships, we aim to grow our business by helping to grow that of our partners and suppliers. In addition to managing assigned accounts, growing customer loyalty and improving our relationships, you’ll be working closely with our Cash’nCarry sites, Warehouse Operations, Merchandise, Membership and other Foodstuffs departments.

Sales Specialist

As a Toops Wholesale Sales Specialist you will be responsible for promoting and increasing sales in your specialist category, and providing expert advice to key Food Service staff. As you will work within a specialised category, you will need to have the capability to learn, absorb and then educate your clients and colleagues on the key elements relating to product range and services. You'll need to set category sales targets, and use customer feedback to provide valuable market analysis on sales trends. Successful Sales Specialists are strong relationship builders and negotiators with an action orientation and a strong customer focus.

Milk Van Representative

Our Milk Van representatives are responsible for personally visiting customers and actively selling the range of products carried on their van. It means introducing new products and seeking opportunities to expand the range of products sold to each customer. Inventory management and customer service are important facets of this job, and success will call a strong customer focus, an eye for detail and an eagerness to learn and understand the customer’s business.

Credit Manager

As a Credit Manager, you’ll be playing a very important role within the business. You’ll be managing new accounts, and managing debts owed to the business by both customers and suppliers. Whilst this role calls for someone with the ability to gauge a person, and to assess how best to manage them, it also needs someone with banking and book-keeping knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to see the job through to completion.
