As someone interested in working in the bakery, or becoming a baker, it’s the perfect learning ground because you are supported, you learn a great deal and master a variety of equipment. One of the most important qualities in our bakers, however, is creativity - along with the tried and true offerings, they can often be found researching recipes to invent new products. If you don’t mind heat, if you’re physically fit, can multitask with the best of them, and aren’t frightened by working with large volumes of product, this could be ideal.
